Registration for the MCA Portal: Since this process is entirely online, there is a government website called MCA that may be used for company registration and other similar tasks. You must first visit this website and then click on the SPICe+ form.

Complete the form and submit it. If you are the director of the company you want to register, you must first register on the MCA portal before filling out the SPICe+ form. Once you've created an account on the portal, you'll have access to all the forms, papers, and information.

Obtaining an incorporation certificate: You will be notified once the above steps are completed. Once the Registrar of the company approves your application for company registration, obtain the certificate of incorporation.

Documents required

·         Subscribers must sign an affidavit on stamp paper stating that they are willing to join the company and become shareholders.

·         Utility bills’ photocopies that is not older than 2 months. Address evidence of the office that will be the registered office of the company.

·         The property owner's permission is required (in case of rental property)

·         When applying for registration, a trademark registration certificate and, if necessary, a DIN must be attached. In case you don’t have it, proof of identity and proof of address must be provided.
